As a highly developed economic region, Hong Kong facilitates cultural exchange with developed areas like Japan and South Korea and provides a platform for cooperation and communication among new economic entities in the Asia-Pacific region. These collaborations help deepen mutual understanding and promote practical implementation, but their success relies on both parties acting sincerely. As a cultural and artistic leader, Hong Kong not only learns from the foreign diplomacy of major powers but also possesses a deep confidence in its own culture. This enables it to welcome cultural and artistic activities at all stages of development, further promoting the connection and prosperity of global cultures.
